Watch for angry cyclists.Raven Song wrote: ↑Thu Feb 20, 2020 11:56 pm I too am moving! and I too am relaxing by watching not star trek. I have a week to move my room from one side of the motorway to the other which is basically just 20 trips back and forth lol.
Had a nap with the power outage and then woke up an hour...feeling refreshed...beyond that my shoulder is recovering nicely. Only took one pain pill in the morning and it seems to be pretty okay now. Will send the bike in to the shop on Saturday hoping for a return on Tuesday/Wednesday for me to finally be able to get back in the saddle for Thursday. I reckon two weeks should be a fair amount of time for recovery. It'll take a while to probably do things like heavy lifting -I don't lift anymore anyway- (At least that's what I've been reading) still gonna keep the sling around for when I'm at work so here's to hoping for the best. Might also consider getting a resistance band to help with recovery.
