Personally, I think the first one looks cooler, but the head gives off a definite "male" vibe, with the manly structure and expression.
The second one is much softer, and clearly female.
Still, it's up to you. If you can make the first one look feminine, I'd suggest you go with that one. If not, go for the second.

If you can girlyfy the first one. Go for that. To me the second one is just kinda overdone in an obnoxious way.
