Good Digital Art Hardware

Hey everyone.

Does anybody know of good hardware (such as graphic design tablets) I can use to transition over from traditional to digital? I have thought of getting a new phone with a stylus but I'd prefer a tablet or even a pad plug in for a laptop if anyone can help.

Thanks in advance. Love and snugz to everyone on here 🐾💜

Can't go wrong with Wacom; I have an Intuos Art (A5 size) and I love it. I used to have a Genius Pensketch and it really wasn't great, but maybe that was because it was older technology. They are a bit dear though, so probably best to shop around on Takealot and maybe snag yourself a special. Cash Converters/Crusaders may also have.

You'll also need decent software to go with it. Some freeware I'd recommend is Krita. A lost of people use Paint Tool SAI and PhotoShop as well. For miscellaneous tasks (i.e. not drawing) like filters, frames, cropping, resampling, fractal generation etc. GIMP is excellent.

Great thanks leeward <3 I'll look around. I was recently getting around not having a tablet by using medibang and a mouse. (It was a grind). But now I have a goal. Have a great day 💜

I swear by my Huion Graphics Tablet but it isn't compatible with Paint Tool SAI. Though I am now getting the hang of Krita.

It's expensive though.
