SilverDragon's Vacation: Kruger National Park

So, I'm on vacation at the Kruger National Park, and I will post some piccies here for all to enjoy of the cute animals I see ^^

Some bird thing, lol.. I can't remember the name of this bird..


This was kinda funny when it happened, heh.. saw this croc in the water..

..it swam into the stream, catching a ride..

..not a care in the world..

..then it hits a rock XD

...

..climbed over it.. didn't see it again, hehe..


The mother.. or father.. or whatever..


They appeared to have been chased by something.. was cute seeing them run around like they did ^^

Just a note on the style I did this with.. I'm having serious trouble getting all of those pics uploaded to the ZAFur server, so I decided to use Photobucket and just link the files this way.. sorry if it's a discomfort to some or whatever.. it's late, and it's the only other choice I had..

Day 2 and 3:

First elephant for the trip


A strange little bug we found on and near some elephant dung, heh

And he/she wasn't the only lazy one around


This made me think of Bambi, lol


Damnit, I can never remember the animal's names when I have to >.>


Hard to get a good pic, but evidince that we saw one!


And he got tired of all the people watching him, hehe.. was kinda cute ^^


Finally some rhinos aswell, they we're pretty close

I felt sorry for him, as he crosses the road here you can see that he hasn't had a good meal in a long time

You got some nice shots , that lion looks a lil under the weather tho. I think the lil buck is a duiker, and that beetle is a dung beetle

I agree, I think the buck may be a duiker / dik-dik, but that's definately a dung beetle

Well, we're back home now (finally )

It was a great trip, but I am exhausted. We traveled between 3 camps over 4 days, so that kinda sucked. But, being back home, I'm glad I was there and got to see everything we did ^^
