Awhh, thank you! Can you believe they were taken with a Samsung S4 mini? I'm quite surprised with the quality results.

All my pictures lately are cloudy because apparently some film is detaching from the camera lens and I dunno how to remove it. But I thought this might get an amused smile from some people.

(as an aside, I had the same problem with my previous phone, I had to remove the glass in front of the camera, to get it to take decent pics again- the glass became scuffed and scratched)

There is a simple trick to "fix" a scratched or otherwise damaged phone lens cover: put some clear glossy sticky tape over it. I've tried it, it really works. Just be careful not to put any fingerprints on the tape where it's going to come in contact with the lens cover, and clean the latter with surgical spirits beforehand.

From what I understand it's not the lens itself that is actually damaged. Apparently it's one of those fancy glasses that doesn't scratch easily. I've heard that there's a polarising film that is on top of the lens to reduce flares and stuff and the cloudyness is a problem with that film. It just needs to be removed somehow. I read rubbing with something like toothpaste helps. I did that but I haven't gone outside and taken a proper picture.

Yes, a mild abrasive such as toothpaste would wear off the film, but it would also scratch the glass. That's where the sticky tape comes in handy.

This bike is absolutely mental. It's by far the loudest bike I've ever heard (thanks SC Project), and probably the most intimidating. This thing sounds like an enraged Cerberus snarling at its prey.

Also, I'm going to have to read the operating manual, because I don't know what half of the buttons do!

So what is the diff between a pony & a horse? Is it only the height or are they entirely different breeds? Can a tall pony be a horse or a short horse be a pony?
