Optimising art streaming

I want to livestream more but bad internet is bad

So I'm thinking on solutions and I have 2
1) I reduce the resolution to the point its just a pixelated mess
2) reduce the FPS to 2per second to see if that helps stabilize the connection. but stuttering pernenantly.

You can stream high resolution as long as the total bit rate is less than your upload speed. Broadcasting software such as obs has the option to exclusively change that.

Recently some weird stuff is happening with streaming. I'm not a big fan of this country's international connection but it looks like it got worse for some reason. streams fail on every frekin isp I'm seeing these days.

5 megabits per second upstream this side and our international connection can't even keep 1 fifth of that live for longer than 10 minutes.
