can i just say the first thing i thunked of when i saw the red one was:

but i definitely prefer the red one. it looks super awesome.

Haha, yeah. The angular style and cell like shading does give that impression.

I also thought of that. I think that the colour of the first picture was a little too saturated and did make it seem a bit unnatural for fur, not for feathers though.
Parrots are awesome. :P

parrots are awesome... except parrots don't like me. they have a tendency to try and remove digits from my hands and skin from my flesh...

and they got beady scary eyes...

A parrot once but my lip and wouldn't let go, I was stuck with my face against the cage for an uncomfortable amount of time. It never drew blood or hurt too much. It was pretty mean though... I guess it didn't appreciate the kiss.

Generally I get a long well with them, I have a pet parakeet, I should probably upload a pic sometime.

Thanks Moon Gazer, I may try out different styles in the future but I am comfortable with this style for now.
