Yip! There HAS to be a desktop screenshot section, so i though i might start it off.

And since it's fun i put it in "Games and silliness" board :3

It's fun to show desktops and exchange wallpapers addons and such :3

So post up screenies of your desktops! ^_^

Here goes mine... After the recent format. Everything works 100% great, PLUS i got finally English XP :) (Firefox and Office still Polish... my family would kill me... >_>)

Just love your background pic! :D It's a bit strange for me seeing the taskbar at the top though ^^;

Hmm... It seems everyfur, except yours truly, betrays Microsoft (all hail Bill Gates, all hail!) by using Firefox.
It's on my desktop but I never use it, swear!

hey hey!

This is my desktop ^..^ I'm sure you can understand the picture for obvious reasons. Just like my den, I love keeping my desktop tidy. The apps running in the background are mostly mouse and controller apps, anti-virus, temperature monitors, winamp, etc.

I someday hope to replace that picture with a similar picture of my bigger dragon form ^..^

Edit: Arg! That desktop.jpg isnt supposed to be there >..< noobme!

Here's mine. :) Well...the current one anyway. :p I dislike having icons all huddled together in one corner like a bunch of frightened furs, so I spread them out all over the screen in a pattern that makes sense to me, but probably wouldn't to anyone else. Also...there are icons there that I don't use. but I put them in anyway to fill in the gaps that would otherwise be there. :p

I tend to avoid all the visual plugins for windows since it tends to cause random bugs to happen if your are not careful with what softwares that you choose to use. But some very nice addons I see there though!

Cheers, Red. :)

Cool, I might give that one a look, even though I like simple things, I do like testing things out to see how it works, if it works and makes it a lot easier for me to use the programs, then it is something that I would keep!

There is an issue of desktop becoming overclattered when you use too many different softwares to "organise" your computer though. Sometimes it is the best idea to keep things simple with things that has been tried and tested rather than going to the extreme and get all the docks just to make the computer look "cool". I value function over looks a lot here, if it shows nothing but eye candy, then I would find it pointless unless it does not slow the computer down at all (which is unlikely in most cases anyway).

Cheers, Red. :)

True, true. But i noticed it's functionality, as even if i'm having it off it angers me. Plus i've checked that dock... It's from Stardock ObjectDock. No thanks, it eats up more CPU and RAM then RKLauncher, so no thankies for that one...
