Re: Ask Ivic!
Where the hell did you hear that? I walk up to furs with long hair and I tend to pick up two long locks of hair and go "giddyup" and I tend to mess with their hair a lot. It by no means, means that I hate it. In fact I do it as an excuse to touch it. I love the feel.Animew wrote:is it true that you hate long haired men?
I myself have long hair on occasion. Never that long because it begins to annoy me personally especially while playing squash and driving with the window open...

Re: Ask Ivic!
There are many so I'll list them in my current top 5:
1. Up
2. Balto
3. Lion King
4. Robin Hood
5. Fox and the Hound
All of these movies aside from Balto made me cry like a bitch when I rewatched them in my 20s
It doesn't take a lot to do that, granted. But these one's really tore me apart. (Yes Toy Story 3 is up there too but not in my all time top 5) and so is Wreck It Ralph for making me tear up right now as I'm thinking about a very specific moment.
But when a movie moves me like this...well yeah. Same thing with Big Hero Six.
As a point, a movie that made me close my eyes and want to drown absolutely everything out was the beginning of Guardians of the Galaxy but that's a different story. That one lanced me through the heart.
(That order is coincidental)

As good as Wall-E was and I do love it, it really isn't the first movie I think about when it comes to that list. It was beautiful I will admit that. And would feature in my top ten.Leeward wrote:What about Wall-E?

617.7km/s.
use d formula
v= (2gR)^1/2
MASS OF SUN 1.989*10^30kg
Source: Yahoo answers, which in turn sources either a physics textbooks, wikipedia and Newtons laws.
However since I'm not a Physics boffin I assume that the sun is a raging bull and you are running away from it. I would say the escape velocity is until it gets tired.

Only when the question requires me to, first understand what's being asked for that is beyond my own understanding and to actively attempt some form of answer.Leeward wrote:Are you Wulfe-ram Alpha?
Especially to pointed questions. Otherwise the answer to said question will always be an attempt to be somehow funny or odd about it. Sometimes I learn something new!

I'm not exactly someone people should be flattered is "flirting" with them. I wouldn't consider myself... um... desirable...

Oh but you are. Desirability isn't about looks really. I mean fine walk up to a good looking girl or guy and they open their mouths and you just wanna scream. You have something special, live in it!Ravensong wrote:I'm not exactly someone people should be flattered is "flirting" with them. I wouldn't consider myself... um... desirable...

You make people happy, you have an attractiveness that goes far deeper than skin and even then it's still something to admire. Philosophical Snox says the Anubian is beautiful and highly desirable.Ravensong wrote:Its funny you say that... when we were all walking back to the cars from Geekfest Ivic even pointed out that everyone around me smiles...

Re: Ask Ivic!
Nope. Take Loki and frankly I won't necessarily be that upset with getting Thor aside from the fact that his biceps are as big as my head and I don't feel comfortable about it.

Re: Ask Ivic!
For that to happen they would have consider that there's something worth fighting for. Remember, when it comes to being uncommitted to anything, these guys take the cake.
"What money?"
"What farm killings?"
"we have mines?"
"Electricity is my minister's concern"
"Everything's hunky dory from my R248m household. I got all mah bitches"
It's the AU mentality. Only help if it completely requires you to do so and the worst thing that can happen is a "stern talking to and a R1billion to ensure that they can "work things out""
