Baleka Mbete wouldn't necessarily be the best choice...but there are some good candidates.

Aside from seeing what it was I was gonna say that Tonteldoos would have been the little box you put your tonsils in after having them removed...(I know they'd be wet but logic doesn't dictate this answer.)

Well sometimes she seems to lead a house divided against itself. As good as the house is, she tends towards more reactionary rhetoric than moving forward in a positivist manner. I'd still rate her above most politicians but Maimane is also a very good choice for president...

That is almost certain. Maybe one day a rift will open and we can share dna so to speak. Hell there might even be a planet within our reality with that.

If I may add my two cents, I believe it's mostly to do with Internet culture not appealing to the average female, and therefore by extension lack of exposure to / knowledge of the fandom. I do personally know a few female cosplayers though.

It is a benefit inasmuch as we use it correctly. The way things have gone we are already victims of our own creations.

I think the choices I've made have been tough but with the friends I've made along the way and the things I've learnt I don't have many regrets most days.
