I know the Total War series and Cry Engine pushes the requirements a bit.
But are there any games that are made for the hard core Gaming PC?

I think Minecraft and Skyrim can be modded to push the GFX.
I suppose the answer to that is what you want out of your game and whether you'd be willing to say you wasted money buying much more power than you needed? My PC doesn't have the best specs ever but I haven't ever not been able to play something. So what you need to ask yourself is whether you want a game that looks good or a game that uses all your PC's abilities. They are linked to a point of course but on the other hand if you code it badly you could probably make a really poor-quality game that sucks your machine dry. Personally I'd prefer having a game that was efficiently coded, looked amazing and left 60% of computer idle.

C'mon, boosting minecrafts render distance is totally not useless, and I think you can pretty much boost it as much as your pc can handle...

I do mean games that have high end visual, animation, physics and scale.
A game that will require the more expensive PC's to be able to play on full graphics because of the detail.

I want to know If there are any games out there that will complement the my PC's performance.
I already know of the few That I mentioned.

I was searching for a topic such as this. But it seems dead. Maybe my post will awaken it.

My specs are as follows:

OS - Windows 7 xDark Deluxe 64-bit

CPU - Intel E5200 Dual-core @2.50 GHz (overclocked to 2.9 GHz)

RAM - 4GB DDR 3 (can't remember the speed)

HDD - 300 GB Sata

Monitors - two 1280x1024 displays (one is normal LCD and the other is CRT.)

GPU - Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 TI

Mouse - E-Blue Cobra Dark Knight Gaming Mouse

Keyboard -normal Lenovo Keyboard... Cant remenber the actual name of it but it's good for me.

Sound System - Creative 5.1 surround sound system

Some of the components in my computer are very old and needs replacing. But it's still kicking with the latest games and software. Crysis 2 ran at around 30 FPS with full graphical settings. But I'm getting an upgrade soon hopefully.

My new rig:

Mobo: Gigabyte G.1 Sniper Z87
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790k (Devils Canyon) @4.0GHz
GPU: Gigabyte GTX770 4GB OC Edition
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB 1666
PSU: Cooler Master M2 Silent Pro 850w
HDD: 2x1TB and a 2TB (2TB only for backup usage)
Case: Cooler Master Stryker (white)

And I am working on getting a good enough closed loop Liquid cooling for my CPU soon, any suggestions? (LGA 1150 socket)

My screen is actually my Tv ^..^ Running an Samsung 37inch HD Tv, because why not... (And cause my screen died on me XD)

I don't care much for an SSD, doesn't tickle my fancy enough to spend R1k on 128GB just for my OS, boot times aren't a problem anyway...
And as for cooling, I personally prefer closed loop, I don't want something huge, just something sufficient ^..^

I didn't, it was a gift from when I had my old setup, which drastically improved it. Not all of us can afford the fancy stuff all at once. I'm very happy that this already takes me several steps up. Please don't ruin my jubilation by telling me it could be better, I'm well aware of that.
