this is.a.hypothetical question posed by a friend.whos writing.... is it possible to hack into a video surveillance system.... you know, like to.see a specific.spot on a film... using a normal pc... i just want ypur opinions... and any fancy terms we can use to make.it sound... cool

Most things with a computer are possible but it depends on the system. If it's set up like webcams then it'd be easy. If there's no network connection then it's impossible.
