Easter Art Competition

#1

Post by Rakuen Growlithe »

Since people would like occasional competitions and we are heading towards Easter, how about an Easter art competition?

Eggs, cute bunnies (hopefully that's not too offensive), chickens, chocolates. Let's keep it clean and see what comes up. After April 1st we can make a poll for all the submissions and choose a winner. To enter, please post your Easter themed artwork in this thread.

Perhaps we can make a new group for the current prize winner so they can have their special name colour until the next winner inherits the crown?

I'd be interested. ... Although I do realistic, not really cute. :P But I'll make it fit. I like this idea.

Perhaps the winner's submission can also be featured on official ZAFur art groups on DeviantArt and FurAffinity? Publicity is also a form of reward.

I can also spread the word of this competition on SA furry art groups on Telegram? Direct them to the forum?

So now we have Halloween "costume parties," and Easter art competitions. Perhaps we will one day have recurring events for more holidays.

Christmas writing competition anyone? 😛

"I do realistic" Entire blue, and blue/orange.
"But not really cute." Minus blue/orange. Only blue.

... Why does this even matter?

I believe all entries can be placed in the thread itself?

Unfortunately, after careful consideration of my circumstances, I won't be able to enter this after all, and must withdraw. I am sorry.
I wish the entrants all the best! :)

You've got a whole month to enter. Doesn't have to be in a busy week.

It can't be that golden if you've already broken it a few times. :P

UwU/ nope, i've only posted some digital scribbles and you can hardly call that art. if i were to enter this competition with any hopes of winning i'd have to bring my A-game since there are some pretty amazing artists on here. Owo but if i actually put effort in and i lose horribly i'd be sad as fuck for weeks.

Do it, Animew. Something we all have to accept in life is that with 7 billion humans out there - some of which are freakishly talented at what they do - most of us will never be the best at anything. We will never be the worst though, either. You can still be admired as a great artist, even if you don't win, and that's nothing to be sad about.

UwU/ just like you don't shit where you eat, you do not post your art where you troll. Owo in fact giving anyone any gap at your actual feelings is a bad idea, especially on the internet and unfortunately i'm rather touchy about that crap i draw that sometimes gets referred to as "art" by socially indoctrinated people.

besides it seems everyone has left and winning by default would be worse than losing horribly.

I think Galahad is the only one that actually left the competition.
I might join as well, I should have some time to come up with something in the next few days. So there should be others competing.
It would be awesome to see more of your art on here, Animew. I still love your DRAMA! illustrated drawings. ^.^

We are at the half way point. Two weeks left to enter. Currently, if you enter, you have a 100% chance of winning! Those are some pretty good odds.
