CANNON FIRE!

#1

Post by Adagio »

Couldn't get the youtube code to work...CLICK HERE

Here is a short vid of a guy firing my dad's home made replica of a old cannon....
It is built to spec and fires a 2.2 KG ball of lead....

To those who own a muzzle loading rifle, it takes about three shots to empty a can of sannadex, that is 166.6666666666667grams of sannadex per shot!!!
(For comparison, a normal muzzleloader uses not much more than a tablespoon of powder (Around 15 grams)

He does have permits for everything, (This ingenious country made it legal to own a cannon whithout a license, but you need a license to own a #2 pallet  )

This is one of our small arsonel........

It’s the type of cannon.
Like a Culverin, Howitzer, Demi-cannon,

a Serpentine is a very old cannon used against large groups of people instead of walls.
But its not that since its been used before Napoleon was born. :P

I honestly don't know.
You are going to have to work off of descriptions.
I guess you can try a museum :P

We are more into counterweight and tension siege weapons.
Blueprints are surprisingly more common.

This is the trebuchet my high school friends are building. (or finished building)
