So the Suicide Squad trailer is out...

I'm not sure how I feel about it...



It feels like they've jumped on the Deadpool band wagon and gone for the "antihero rocks" direction. I mean I know the Original Comics had them doig pretty much what this movie has them doing, but from the few I read, they weren't "glorified for it... they were... well... still bad... and this doesn't feel like their bad. I mean fine, she stole a purse.. oooooo. such bad. But maybe the movie will prove me wrong. I hope so.

Harley looks over the top (well... it is Harley but even this looks OTT) and I really don't know how I feel about Leto...

All in all I want to see this film. But I'm not sure if I'll enjoy it as a comic book film, or if I'll enjoy it just as another action film, with some names of characters I know and stuff.

Hmm I've been looking forward to this film for two years, I guess we will have to see how it is :p

I think it will most likely be an excellent crowd pleasure. I'm just a stubborn bitch who refuses to be part of "the crowd"

I just hope Jared Letto turns out to not actually be the Joker. I like this rendition of him so far... But to me the true type of Joker will always be the type that was portrayed be Heath Ledger.

I watched the second trailer yesterday and I'm even less excited for it now... I dunno it's just... meh... Jared looks way too ottp... I don't like the look and feel of Harley's character... I just... uuuugh

Apparently they did a re-shoot because of the trailer.
I hope it will make me chuckle.
I am not a fan of gritty superhero movies.

I found leaked footage of the re-shoot. It is looking quite light-hearted.

If that ends up in the movie I'm going just to watch that...

Now if you'll excuse me - I have a Monty Python Marathon to go run
