Old lion cartoon

I was wondering if anybody else remembers the old cartoon about a family of lions, it was anthro and it was the type of moral show where every episode had a lesson.

It aired on sabc 2 between 10 to 7 years ago (all a really remember is i was in high school)

any hints to the name will be great

I remember a show back then called "Kimba the White Lion", but those were feral. Sorry, that's all I can think of. :/
