Furries lets play , live stream!

Hi everyfur,

So if all goes well I will have fiber some time in February , and what a better way to celebrate than to do some live streams, I was thinking of doing multiplayer where everyfur that wants to participate just joins in and phones in on skype , and joins with the game we are playing that night.

I allready have a youtube channel with a reasonable following , locally , so what I was thinking is doing retro multiplayer FPS and RPGs for a bit and see if there is any interest games like:

Duke Nukem 3D (Megaton edition has easy multiplayer)
Doom 1,2
Quake 1,2 Mods
Red Alert (Open RA easy multiplayer)
etc...

Anyone interested?

Garry's Mod is fine , just depends on the game , people hunt might be fun if we can get enough furries.

Moba , not really , it will take me way to long to get use to it lol

Haha no worries, but there's tons of games you can play, rocket league, dragon age inquisition, don't starve together, many gmod things like prop hunt, guess who, hide and seek, TTT, and of course many others. If you ever need help setting up a VPN I suggest using evolve , I found it worked really well, better than Hamachi

Setup won't be a problem , as I kind of do that sort of thing for a living

I kind of want to stay away from the mainstream stuff as it will result in disipearing in the static , I rather want to do something a bit more original

I've been wanting to do some rogue-like lets plays... But I don't think I'd be any good. My voice sucks plus there isn't really any good multiplayer rogue-likes, so not too relevant for this thread, I guess...

I dono if I should. There's already a ton of lets players on youtube

Really I just want to have some fun with a group of furs and by recording the fun and madness as a bonus to my channel. I always want to do a let play on Gmod, I did a few GTA5 and then rocket league could be fun, but I'm up for any games and ideas. If anyone wants to join me just let me know ^^

Just....I hope I'll have a semi decent PC by then. And I totally agree with trying to be original and shying away from the mainstream games. Sadly I don't own any of your suggested titles though

Right first game will be "Duke Nukem 3d: Megaton edition" it supports up to 16 players, we will play the game death match with first to 5 kills wins and loads the next map.

Its currently R109 on steam and should get cheaper by Feb

Wow.... oldies, real classic oldies....

I think I still have my original Quake 1 and Red Alert around here somewhere, as well as anniversarty edition of RA.

Might have to build up the courage to play at some point

If you have a copy of Red Alert , try OpenRA it will allow you to play on a modern system and has some pretty awesome tweaks

I've been wondering about doing something like this myself. I've been recently upgraded to a 10mb line from a 4mb. I think I should be able to play with you guys.

I also have doom 1 and 2 the rest of the games not so much

I own gmod, just don't have the files. Just warn me if you're gonna play it so I can get the files from someone

Gmod is def on the shortlist, only problem is I have nothing to download it with yet, and it seems telkom is reluctant to install fibre , they now claim that they need to plant 3x poles outside to get the fibre into the house :/ no idea if my landlord is going to agree to that.

The only things you have to download for gmod is the game modes, the addons, npc and models. Maps will automatically apply to new users without downloading it
