A Wizard's Lizard

#1

Post by Hargan »

*clears throat*

OMG THIS IS THE CUTEST PROTAGONIST EVER!

*calms down*

Another rogue like, this one cute, colourful and refreshing, especially when your other ones include BOI :P Cute, fun, hard, and requiring skill, and all the things that just make it refreshing to me.

I also like the fact that the developers are listening to suggestions on the steam forums and looking into improving gameplay with ideas.

Personally I recommend it as a fun rogue like that doesn't demand too much, but gives more the better you become at it.

Also...

IT IS THE CUTEST PROTAGONIST EVER!

I think that pretty much states my comments on it.

Hmmm, the Lizard looks like a tiny black triceratops. :P
Cute, but it's no Spyro or Tails. ;)

In my subjective opinion, that lizard is cuter than either of the two characters you mentioned.

Cute anthro protagonist? Jazz Jackrabbit or Jungledyret would have been my first choice.

Yay! Though I'm surprised you picked Jazz, considering this guy. Granted, it's not a very well-known game.

This, creepy? Maybe I'm biased, but I think it's adorable. Then again I think baby bats and baby pythons are cute.

WTF?! That grotesque broccoli-rabbit hybrid, cuter than Tails Miles Prower?

That is rubbish. What a nonsense claim. You're just being otherwise now. There is no ways you can honestly believe that.

Everybody's gonna think I'm crazy for even mentioning this, but...
I've always thought Teri (the paper teddy-bear girl) from The Amazing World of Gumball is super cute... >_>

Don't look at me!! >.<

Please do share.

Also that broccoli-rabbit hybrid, as Ryall so aptly put it, happens to be my favourite 90's video game character because it was my first real video game and I grew up playing it. And he doesn't have to be green, you can change the characters' colour palettes in multi-player.

I think Fidget is adorable ;D

Though if its older game character Id go with Tails as well ;P

konata cant eat all those petals.gif

edit- seems ZAFur doesn't support .webm :(

Also cuteness is so varied per-person, and these gifs don't do these characters nor shows justice :p

I suppose personality plays a massive role in cuteness as well, especially for those amines :D

Fidget fits somewhere between cute and creepy for me... must be the pupil-less eyes.

Also I thought we were sticking to video game characters?

We are talking about video game protagonists here :P

Those animes don't have protagonists so much as main and secondary characters; I wouldn't exactly consider Yuko a protagonist.

Jazz Jackrabbit was also a game that I played plenty of in my childhood and it was certainly the first pc platformer I played. Despite this game being so close to my heart, I cannot say that Jazz is Cute xD.

Fidget on the other hand is just made of adorableness. If you think the picture is cute wait until you play the game. There were moments in the dialogue that gave me the biggest smile.

Yukko/Mai/Mio/Nano/Hakase/Sakamoto are all clearly main characters :p
Same could be said for Konata/Tsukasa/Kagami/Miyuki

I also didn't actually see it was about vidja gayms before reading the posts tho. But that's besides the point >_>
