Here's something cool, it's a small game submitted to the Ludlum Dare competition, where designers have 48 hours to make a game. Here's one of the games, To That Sect. Honestly, it sucks. But here's the cool part, the entire game was made by an AI programme someone did for their PhD work!
There's also a bit about it on Kotaku and a piece on Yahoo! which also looks at other times that AI has done something creative without human input.
It looks like game designers are safe in their jobs for a while still.
