Don't play LoL you will hate it. It's one of those 'DOTA' / CITY oF TEmPEST/ control 1 hero type games. You hate those right?

I hated Dota yes.

But I thought Demigod was better.

Maybe this is the game that will suck me into this type of gameplay.
I want to see if there is something that will change my mind.

Haven't played much LoL, been stuck on dota >~<" but looking into playing a bit more LoL ^^,

( S**ty thing is :/ in Dota, you can come back from any game 80% of the time, and the active items actually do something x3 where LoL if one person gets fed its pretty much gg no re xD )

What? I found it's pretty much the opposite. In Dota if you die, you give your opponent a ridiculous amount of cash, and you LOSE cash for dying to them, whereas in LoL you essentially give your opponent 15 minion kills, and then less after that.

Then again, they recently reduced the amount of cash you get from kills and successive kills in LoL a month or two ago, so maybe my memory is short.

Of course, some champions are more dangerous to feed than others, but nobody surrenders in ranked LoL, because the chance of a comeback is always fairly high.

I still like both but all my friends prefer dota now so i hardly play any LOL ;/ though i might play solo just to try the new dude out

I rate its far easier to come back in a lol game than in Dota(at higher level games anyway), dying in Dota leaves you weak and in much more need of teamwork and allies. The money loss due to dying really makes catching up hard and once the enemy team hits the >7k gold advantage the slope becomes vertical .

Also the lower level cap on LOL makes catching up easier

But I prefer Dota's over reliance on teamwork to swing a game in your favor, makes playing with friends super fun

HhmM, yeah, valid point ^^, a lot of people hate the lossing gold thing in dota xD but the jungle buffs you up sooo much <3 also :3 your teamates can deny you in dota so you don't loose the gold when u die ^^, there's also items that can make you commit suicide ( denying yourself so no gold is lost ) and certain champion/heroes that can deny themselves ^^, the whole deny thing is really nice :3 I mainly have an issue with the respawn time in dota xD its wwayy to long, also prefer the wards and other things in dota-

I don't know :p iv always had nice comebacks in dota when the odds were impossible xD so for me, dota is better for me in that way, but statisticly, LoL is easier to come back from ^^, in regard to what u guys say, but nya! :3 I still dissagree >:D

Never played dota. But I've watched a friend play it a lot. It looks a lot more complicated than lol
