My goodness, this brings back memories as a grade nine in high school! I am so happy I came across this. The lyrics bring back some old feelings, as well.

This song is about a fire that has caught on a spaceship - leaving the crew to be vented into the void lest the fire spread.

"Oh its such a shame, of all the things to go wrong while out in space. Fire Fire, burns much brighter when oxygen is the supplier. Fire Fire is killing their desire to not be cold as they expire. Oh burning in space..."

Pretty bleak but it sounds amazing, especially the single acoustic version.

Ghost Love Score, by Nightwish.

One of the best symphonic metal songs I have ever heard, and one that always manages to sends shivers of excitement down my spine. The instrumentals from 5:25 - 5:48 and 7:10 - 7:43 are amazing, and the closing chorus from 8:22 is haunting. One of my top favourite songs, especially to listen to when drawing.

Nothing quite like some electroswing to begin the day. I am not a dancer (yet?), but, my goodness, this genre makes me want to learn swing dancing. I might add it to my bucket list - before age 30. :3

Stand By Me (Cover), by Florence and the Machine (From the Final Fantasy XV soundtrack)

This song has grown on me so much, and not just because of its special meaning in Final Fantasy XV (you hear it in the beginning of the game and think "this song is alright - a bit slow and out of place, though", and then, after you progress through the entire game and see how the characters' friendships evolve, and you hear it at the end, you cannot help but be brought to tears when you understand why they chose that song, specifically): recently, I went through some very dark times. Had it not been for my friends (including those here in the furry community - Adagio, BeardedDragon, Trace, Leeward, SilverFox, Ryall, and others, just to name a few), I am not sure what the outcome would have been; this song tends to make me think of those times.

This is only one of three song covers that I believe are better than the original. (The others being Johnny Cash's cover of "Hurt" and Disturbed's cover of "Sound of Silence").

I never really listened to music... I mean, like, doing nothing but listen. I used to love music, in the background while doing something else. But some of Renard's more recent albums... I just turn off the lights, put on some good headphones and listen to it as if watching a movie. And it is beautiful
