Should I continue?

I've had a request a couple of days ago to finish this track via some guys in need of house tracks and have been working on the following for the last 3 days. The lead IMO is stylish but has less house soul than what I think is needed. It sounds techish more than soul.

This is a raw export without any real mastering and proper level control so please bear with me as it's kinda pushy on the kick and some sections doesn't flow as it would if I finish it up.

Please have a listen and suggest where necessary. It's a major key but a really minimal song in general, aka no giant drops or euphoric moments.

I would if I could but unfortunately this track even though produced by me will make its way into the hands of the label Atelier and in the hands of a vocalist as it was requested.
