I couldn't agree more with Weird Al on that one. It irritates me to no end! I know that just because someone types like a preschooler on crack doesn't necessarily mean he's an idiot, but when it's the only thing I have to base an assumption on I'll automatically think that someone who repeatedly mixes up basic words like "your" and "you're" (that's when they're not using "ur" or "yur"), must be a complete and total retard. And don't even get me started on punctuation. It exists for a reason!
