Nearly 3 months since my last break up and still not changed my mind, the single life it shall be, free to yiff when, where and who I want. I was irreparably damaged this last round. Never again shall I allow my heart to be tortured thus.

Just checked the poll, its 43% single and looking... This number is way too high, we needs more love in this fandom, hehe. So let it be changed! Let there be love!

What, other than the fact that Taka and I are doing really well together, despite the fact that my parents' opinion of the relationship changes on a near daily basis? Which has caused my own behavior to appear entirely arbitrary, which confuses and scares him?

And the fact that I told him that I was contemplating suicide, right before my mother walked in on me to tell me how she and father needed to "let me go", which meant that I could not respond to any of his frantic messages over a period of about 10 min, nearly resulting in him phoning the ambulance?

At least I was able to explain the situation to him, but, honestly, I felt as though I had betrayed him.

I have only one thing to say about all of this: fck Christianity. My mother has openly admitted that had she not been Christian, that she would not have had any issue with me being in a gay relationship.

But no one needs to worry, because, overall, things are fine between us.

He's coming down again in June, for a whole two weeks this time, and neither of us can wait.

I'm really glad for you Monty, you seem to be managing the situation in a very sane manner. It can't be easy having parents who have no idea how to handle a situation that they don't understand and who are being very clumsy about it. Hopefully you'll be able to set boundaries with them at some point soon, without burning any bridges. The important part is trusting your partner and relying on each other for strength.

Really I just meant the, "Taka and I are in a relationship," part; the other stuff is news to me. I am glad to hear she's beginning to come to terms with it, and that you two are going strong.
