I thought I might as well post more often on the forum, so why not ask something that I ask myself every day? What do y'all do when you are bored out of your mind?

I don't have that luxury, because people will always dream up some work for me to do.

The (almost) universal cure to boredom is randomly browsing YouTube and getting lost in the 'related' videos feed. Aside from that, what do I personally do? I might learn some more of a foreign/indigenous language (at the moment, it's Zulu), get my tablet and doodle, go work out or go for a run, go onto Telegram or Discord and see if anyone wants to chat, work on some personal engineering projects (such as with my Arduino), play a video game (usually a fantasy/sci-fi RPG or strategy game), read a book (classic science fiction, high fantasy and Lovecraftian horror are my favourites), or solve some puzzles - either from my puzzle book, or online!

The world's a vast and intriguing place: there's always something to do.

For me if it's not sleeping it's playing games with my freinds or making music. Other than that unfortunately work does not allow for a little boredom.

Worse still is boredom at work... Beacuse there's not much you can do to pass the time

When I am bored (which is not a frequent occurrence and is unlikely to happen in 2018) I troll a well known tech news site pointing out the lies they publish and measuring the mean time period between deletion and the ban hammer.

I build things... I have about 3 or 4 personal projects in various stages of completion usually...
That or I play games with friends.
Used to be Arma. Not it's League of Legends or Warframe...

Watch Youtube because motivation to do all the things I want to do is fleeting and I haven't yet found a good fix for that.

I watch documentaries and tutorials and sometimes random vids on YouTube, hang around on discord a lot, recently I've started working out properly (done one full week so far) and I've started drawing again for the first time since April 2017.
If I'm really bored lately, I go and do the washing in the bath or fill up 5 litre bottles with used water etc...because yay Cape Town

I also occasionally go and pester a local fur from 8/10 am to 2/4 pm ^.^

What do I do when I am bored?

Colour in books; play cops and robbers; watch drink Bleach; participate in #FeesMustFall Protests; sell counterfeit cigarettes; peddle drugs; join ISIS; and play the Blue Whale Game. You know, normal kid stuff. Tee hee!

I'm genuinely curious. What's your cure for the illness known as boredom when you can't do what normally keeps you entertained?

I always seem to be starting new and ambitious projects but can never seem to finish one of them. The backlog is real. T_T
Things I do consistently however, includes gaming (overwatch for the most part, some pubg and the occasional dota2 or SC2) and language learning (been doing French on and off for a year now) as well as watching series. Aaaaand if none of those interest me at the tims then I'll draw or lurk on here =P

When I get this rare rare occurrence. I either build soemthing, fix something, code something or play some games with friends if theyre available...
Games are usually:
Arma, CS:GO, Factorio, Leauge or Warframe.

I stop fantasising that I have nothing to do and get back to work.

Currently watching all the college humour stuff, like ALL the college humour stuff...I do it when I'm bored and don't feel like gaming. Beyond that I play Hearthstone because it's like solitaire when I'm bored of solitaire
