The encryption debate

I think we've all heard about the recent FBI vs. Apple story, but here's a more recent development that makes things a bit more interesting:

About time.
"If all mankind minus one, were of one opinion, and only one person were of the contrary opinion, mankind would be no more justified in silencing that one person, than he, if he had the power, would be justified in silencing mankind."
~John Stuart Mill~

I think it's brilliant, WhatsApp has been made better for people who want to discuss sensitive topics and with more and more business being handled over it it makes logical sense to me.
If you take your marker and connect this dot to that one, that one to this one here you will get a really annoyed dalmatian.

The European Badger (meles meles) is known to have a rather large range of vocalisations, though it must be noted he often makes no sense at all.

Thanks Leeward.
Its about bloody time the general public started using the Tor browser too, and stopped being so pathetic when it comes to signing your emails with PGP.

I dunno, I've been trying to use Tor but it gives problems with so many sites I find it too frustrating to use. Isn't something like HTTPS Everywhere good enough when it comes to day-to-day browsing?

Considering how much of a technophile I am, I'm probably too laissez faire with internet privacy and security. That's not to say that I go looking for trouble, of course.
