Admittedly the title is a bit misleading since this isn't controlling people's minds but using the brain to control computers. Researchers at the California Institute of Technology implanted electrodes into their subjects brains then measure activity while showing them certain pictures. Using that they mapped what the brain was doing when observing specific pictures. Next they took two of the images and overlaid them so that both images were 50% visible. The subjects were then asked to concentrate on one of the pictures to make it totally visible, during this a computer measured the brain activity and adjusted the image according the readings that had been made before. In two thirds of the trials they were able to make the desired image 100% visible.

Mind Control
"If all mankind minus one, were of one opinion, and only one person were of the contrary opinion, mankind would be no more justified in silencing that one person, than he, if he had the power, would be justified in silencing mankind."
~John Stuart Mill~
“Give me the liberty to know, to utter, and to argue freely according to conscience, above all liberties.”
