Two poems...one day...why?
This is a poem I wrote in 2000 (so sorry if it realy sucks) but it is furry themed unlike my other ones. That and a good friend of mine suggested that I put more of my work on the net and forums etc.
so here is...
A FURRY DREAM
In my dreams I see you there
The sun upon your fur so fair
But for this love, must be aware
For when I wake you won't be there
So I wish to sleep...not wake
Happy in this wanted state
From dream to dream I cannot wait
Hope to stay this hour late
My head upon your breast, I lay
Happy, calm, content I stay
Fearful of the waking day
Of the time I go away
I feel our love shining true
When I leave will you come too?
If you could, I wish you'd do
Cause life is death if without you
Head to head I feel your lips
Joined in hand by fingertips
A warm embrace does keep us crisp
Mouth to mouth I feel your lips
As I wake...again mundane
In the world of norm and sane
With my heart aching from pain
I wish to go to sleep again

Re: A Furry Dream (poem)
Very nice poem there. Bit sad though. Out of curiosity why isn't whoever it's about there?

Re: A Furry Dream (poem)
It was written from the perspective of a human, Who wants to realy be a fur. Its in his dreams as well as the 'image' of someone he loves.
I wrote it like that...but I attached my own feelings about someone I had a big crush on but knew I could never be with...and this was the result.
