That user is not active. Given that I am very slightly older than the bear, I guess that makes me the oldest of the active furs. Sorta active anyways ... I don't post often.

To be quite honest, I didn't enjoy Zootopia at all! The story was kept extremely simplified, and there were whole animal biomes missing for no solid reason!

Yeah, the film did come across as very preachy.

Change predators to Muslims, and it becomes especially clear what they're trying to say.

I think we lose sight that it is being marketed to kids (although I feel the "racial prejudice" was a bit too complicated & nuanced for kids to understand). As for the missing biomes, I reckon they are keeping those in reserve for future movies/series. #fingerscrossed
