Regretting eating Nandos. I don't know what's wrong with my system but it hates me... HATES ME!!! I cant handle anything anymore than isn't a simple bacon sammich from the guy down from work, and mince and pasta for dinner. Anything else and the bathroom and I are changing our facebook status to "In a Relationship"...

I even had the lightest thing on the menu. Just a plain chicken pita, ate only half the pita. Had the Rubro Lemon Rooibos Ice Tea (Missing home much)... and still!!!!

Ricotta cheese is quite simple to make from scratch.

that being said I did try halloumi once and I kind of liked it.
