DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT TAROT CARDS

Hi I got a set of Dragon Tarot cards as a present from my cousin Jessica for my last birthday. I realy think that Dragons are cool & a set of Dragon Tarot cards is even better. I've noly been doing readings for myself & they've been okay , BUT lately Ive been geting some realy confused results any help please

I got a tarot deck from a friend but it was "hot". seriously, makes my fur prickle.

i packed it in the cupboard with a white quartz crystal on top of it o.o

if you know what you're doing just be careful of course a lot of people will say they don't do anything and well, it's up to you to beleve what you want to, and i'm no good at it.

personally i'd need someone to go in this with, because if one goes too deep at least there's someone there to pull you out, or at least try

You know I usuly do a Protection spell before useing them

It seams to be very effective. You could also replace the word Dragons with Angels.

Secondly, I'm not too clued up on Tarot cards. I won't deny i have felt a pull before, when a deck has been on the same level as me.

However, and this is a big thing for myself, you must ask yourself this: how much does knowing just ideas but not the details of events going to help? Doesn't it remove the excitement from life, not knowing what is round the corner? Just a question.

But my personal suggestion is: Try "air" out the cards (remove the built up energies inside them, not necessarily with air energy) and re-attune them to yourself.

I got that incantation from http://www.spellsandmagic.com/spells.html under protection spells & felt that it was appropriate for the deck seeing that it is a dragon theem.

As for knowing about destiny the cards have helpde me in a cushionary sens side step some disastrous events & I only consult my cards when Ive had a vision that isnt clear enough to undrestand.

Im afraid that doing readings for urself can be... well.... complicated. You know yourself too well. and therefore the readings can be misread. ^^

Its always a better idea to have sum1 else do the readings for you. even better if they dont know you from a bar of soap.

i also hope ur spells are done in a circle and in the right direction. though i know that has nothing to do with divination. i just wanna make sure that where you get ur info from is a credible source. *hugs ya tight*

Some people feel more comfortable with protection, though most practicing psychics do away with that.

I've had about 3 decks over the years. I used to do readings for my family and occasionally my friends but now no one in my family allows me to read for them due to a few readings coming true and them not being that great.

My current deck is the Pagan Tarot it varies slightly from the traditional deck. It kinda sits in its bag in a little alcove in my headboard above where i sleep, i don't take them out much except when occasionally trying a reading for myself or trying to memorize the interpretations.

I'd have to agree with what Gryph said about doing readings for yourself becoming complicated. I think when you do so you tend to try too hard to see a certain pattern or interpretation.
