I just saw this.

The presenter's pronunciation is so bad though...

Also my mother and sister are coming to stay with me today. That might disrupt a few things... Perhaps I'll have to use my laptop if I want to keep browsing places with yiff.

Family will be away during most of the week touring other places in Europe. Far less stressful for me that way.

Laughing... just... in the space of five days i have witnessed no less then four grown adults resort to the type of behaviour most animals dont even stoop too.

I mean dude, fist fights in the office because of the aircon??? Come on people... its the 21st century... do it all online will ya :)

I swear if my attempt to remove my arm last week hadn't lightened my mood this most certainly has.

Trying to wake up while at work, have coffee, had a bioplus, didn't expect to be up that late last night, but a good chat needed to happen after the podcast and it ran to just after 2am and my alarm waking me up at 5:30. Whoooo! My students are going to think I'm hungover...

Of course, you could just Google insomnia relief techniques, but here are two suggestions anyways. :P

1) Hot tea or milk and a relaxing book or video (I am not sure what your opinion of ASMR is, but perhaps give it a try - there are dozens of ASMR videos on YouTube. Some people dislike it, some people like it.)
2) Lie upon your bed and be swallowed into the bottomless, dimensionless void that is your thoughts. (This option may be less recommendable.)
To help treat my own haphazard sleep cycle, I took melatonin supplements - no chemical dependency, light, and effective. That may be an option to look into?

In any case, I hope your sleeplessness is resolved soon. ;) ... Do not be dissuaded by the fact I am writing this at 00h45.
