Hello. Please use the helipad on the roof for takeoffs and landings, some people don't like it when others jump out the window.

Cape. I told you I TOLD YOU not to let them play with the helium weather baloons. Did you listen? NO!

It caught onto the landing gear of an A380. They found poor Flopsy in Dubai...

Thats when we made the helo pad... (Really, it's just carboard boxes stacked in an H on the roof... It keeps them from trying strange stunts. They're still convinced the president of the galaxy is going to visit them...)
