So I finished the first book in the Southern Reach trilogy. It's pretty interesting, I guess. I liked the idea. And I guess I understand the genre a little bit more. Is there going to be a definite answer by the end of the third book, or is it going to be left up to interpretation? I have a feeling it probably will be the latter. Will found out soonish.

I've not yet read the final book in the sequence but I agree with your prediction. Hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised by the conclusion when I get around to completing the trilogy. You stated that one of your idiosyncrasies is that you dislike playing horror themed games when you are alone. Care to elaborate?

It's not that I'd dislike it, per se. It will just make it more enjoyable. I don't know, I suppose I feel a little better experiencing that fear with someone else. It makes it less scary, I guess. And you get to joke about it later.
