Depression is a bitch... But it's good to have someone to talk to...
The V&S section is amazing for this...
Often, just typing it out. Or having someone listen to you is already a great help...
Anxiety is something I don't really understand. Because consciously I never experienced it...
I have a philosophy. If I can't change an event. If I did my absolute best. Whatever happens there after isn't my fault. So why worry about it...?
But ya... I hope that you can beat it!
