It's like that on every forum and probably most community sites. There are usually a small group of core people that are active often (you can probably easily name them from this site), active users that post infrequently and then those that don't post, lurk or leave.

This discussion is getting a bit off-topic, though. I suggest it be moved to its own thread.

And if you disagree with the policies, there is a thread we discuss them on. You can easily ask for them to be changed, and we can debate (!!) it. However, certain things will be set in stone. Like the majority of the forum being PG-13. This is to protect ourselves from a legal standpoint.
