Yeah to become a furry you're going to have to go through the normal ritual. I guess we need to call upon one of the Elders to start it.

The closest we have to a ritual is going to a furry convention.

Or riding with Sev Montgomery, that's always appreciated.

There's really no excuse because Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer all have built-in spell checks and I think they are also all enabled by default. They underline all the incorrectly spelled words as you're typing. If people are misspelling words it's either because they don't respect the people they're talking to or are too lazy to right-click and correct the word (although that really falls back to the first reason).

Fandom = "fan" + "dom" (as in kingdom), meaning a group of fans of the same subculture. E.g. Furry fandom, Star Trek fandom, etc.

Actually I am with Fluke on this one. Lovehate24 doesn't want to be that guy who spends his money on a ton of stuff and then never really uses it, or the guy who gets ripped off for inferior quality goods. A little caution and patience can't hurt him.

@ Lovehate24, by 'fandom' Fluke means 'the furry fandom.' All furries are part of the furry fandom. Instead of asking, "how do I become a furry?" you could have asked, "how do I join the fandom?"

Unfortunately there aren't many places in South Africa to get nice furry accessories, and hardly any of us have fursuits.

You should check out the 'furry accessories' sub-forum here on ZAFur though.
Hahaha!
