No current plan to increase it. We did triple the size limit a few years back. I suppose it's possible but I would consider a lot of animated avatars, especially like that one, to be more of a distraction and drawback than a positive change.

Understands but it's still pretty small in size the default size is like nothing at all. I remember building a FNAF animated avatar to work on the forum and the amount of frames and color pallet was embarrassing to use.

I can still manage to fit my animated avatars in the limit, although it should really be raised to like 256kb at the very least. 64kb is tiny.

Every time I have to use several photoshop methods to get the size down a lot.
