We already have that.

I take it you mean the new favicon? Did it use my ones? Mine were supposed to have transparency around the edges. :/

Hmmm, the little bit of transparent space on the top/bottom seems to make it look a bit too small.

Here is a version where the actual circle is closer to the borders:

If it doesn't work, try ctr-F5.

I must say, over time. This doesn't seem like a bad idea.
I often see people browsing through the forums at 3 or 4 in the morning, (insomnia is a cruel bitch) also the forum has a few lurkers that don't contribute anyway.
Maybe being able to just say hi to them could bring them out of their shell a bit more?
Just putting that out for further discussion?

Is it possible to remove the time from when people registered? I mean the exact hour/minute. It seems a bit unnecessary. Maybe just putting the month/year would be more suitable - and it would look better.

It's how the current setup is.

Notice how mine says Sep 20, instead of 20 Sep :p

I always assumed this was because zafur was built from a template and left that way.
I've thought about it before but it is a petty thing.
When you mentioned removing the time, I didn't think to mention it, I guess it only pops into your head when you see it written down like that.

Leeward's right. That's a user setting that you've been able to change since you registered on the forum.

For all intents and purposes, I am essentially British/American. Culturally, and accent wise.

So uh, can we remove minute/hour from "time registered" and either leave it as day/month/year or month/year?

Yes, but then it affects your global time+date display.

You can set the forum to display the time of events however you want but it is a global setting so it will also affect the way posts are timestamped.

And there's no way to change that?

Does it really matter? A quick way to solve this problem is to simply not look at the timestamps, lol.
Because it would look more aesthetically pleasing if it didn't contain too much information about when you registered - it's really not necessary to display all of that.
