Minor forum update
I've updated us to the latest phpbb version which was released this month. It mostly solves some minor issues, the most relevant of which here is that it fixes the bug where people were unable to delete PMs.

Two very minor updates that aren't worth their own thread.
1) There was a report that registrations were not working. That should now be fixed.
2) I've changed the configuration for the moon phase extension so that is now using an https connection.
