Re: Scheduling scripts without cron or at
Maybe you could use a service like integromat to send an http request to a web server you're running that could trigger the script? It's difficult to come up with ideas without knowing the context.

I'd like to host, using my own system that allows furs and taurs and things like that. busy writing the system currently, but it'll be ready in a month or 2. I live in midrand and have flexible weekends so if anyone's interested in trying a completely different system, let me know? (I'm creating th...

Re: A question about WIFI
Technically possible but takes some know-how. As far as I know, you can try to do it with software by using the signal strength and latency as Leeward said or you could also try to shorten the range by getting a weak antenna and then dampening it some more.

Hi there! I'm Vakie the red fox (pretty generic I know) 20 years old. I've been part of this forum for about 9 months now and a furry for a few years although it's hard to specify a specific time. I'm a bit of a musician (tenor saxophone), I do a bit of programming (mostly Python), a bit of electron...

Ok so there doesn't seem to be much interest but I put up a PVP 3-team Feed The Beast Trident modpack server. PM me for details. Also have a vanilla server running for those who are interested, just know that there won't be admins and such unless someone volunteers, do what you want with it, invite ...

GTA online doesn't allow unofficial servers so it's not possible. Minecraft is more than doable, the question is modded or vanilla?HarlowLovesFurries wrote:I'm thinking GTA or Minecraft.. But I don't know.

ZA Furry [insert game here] server
So I've got some resources left over on a VPS and not quite sure what I want to do with it yet. I decided that I might consider to run a game server here (at least for a while) but the question is which game? Don't worry about specs I'm pretty sure it can handle almost anything you throw at it :P It...

I'd like to do an article on working with RF and arduino. I noticed that there are really few good articles about it on the internet and a lot of details are missing. Not soon but eventually I haven't ever done professional writing but I'm sure I could convince Adagio to help

Re: The Disney Infinity / Nintendo Amiibo Chessboard
Well actually it's an expansion of my idea that Adagio helped me with, but with a nice little twist.
I'll try not to spoil the fun but it's not the same as your normal Amiibo chess set, it's got a lot more to offer. I'll leave it to Randall to explain the rest if he feels like it.

Re: Hunting and Furries
I agree with Rakuen. Every discussion has sides, and the more one side tries to make their point of views heard or understood, the more the other side will feel oppressed or undermined. It's why I don't talk films with people. Because I become that person that will crush your opinion. But on a subj...
