Re: RPG fans?

Baldur's Gate 1+2 also Tales of the Sword Coast and Throne of Bhaal. Icewind Dale 1+2 Neverwinter Nights 1+2 and all explansions, even though Storms of Zehir was pretty shitty. Ultima 8 <- Still one of the best ever, hands down. Elder Scrolls, Morrowind and Oblivion. KotOR 1+2 Eee, lightsabers... mm...

Re: D&D campaign, anyone?

You know... I always wanted to get into tabletop gaming. D&D, The Whitewolf games, Shadowrun, etc, etc. It's always really interested me. Even had a Vampire: The Requiem game going over Ventrillo with a few friends but that sort of fell apart when the GM was sent to Afghanistan on military business....

Drooling over my new Firefox theme, browsing a million and one different webcomics, thinking up storylines for my own webcomic and generally chilling out.

Re: Mass furry gameplay!

See, as far as War3 goes, I'm not really a fan of the competitive aspect. Burbenog, Skibi, Moo Moo's all maps you can play with a team of people where you need to think, react well, use teamwork and all that jazz in order to win/complete your objectives. There is nothing quite like working with a go...

*Hisses, makes the sign of the cross and stakes guildwars in the chest before burying it and stamping on the grave* Just a personal preferance of course, but that game makes my skin crawl just a tad.

Re: Mass furry gameplay!

To be honest, Steam has always bugged the crap out of me. But, that being said, I do actually have two seperate copies of Diablo 2. Aside from that, Warcraft 3 is always a good time, no matter what maps you play. I'm really game for anything as far as... games... go... As long as I can get a copy of...

Re: Star Trek Movie (2009)

I enjoyed it a lot. The best part for me was seeing Kirk get Spockblocked. In fact, I thought of that when Kirk was watching Spock and Uhura making out on the teleporter pad and blurted it out, sending my friend and several people sitting close to us into a fit of snickering. Oh, and it was a little...

So, apparently the director is South African. The dude that directed Totsi. I had no idea but now I'm very glad I went and saw it for another reason. Got to support our boys.

Re: Warcraft III

Wow, here I come to resurrect an ancient post. Warcraft 3, a real beauty of a game, still is, probably always will be. Recently got into playing it again with my mates which is why I felt like dredging this back up out of the depths. We mostly play the team games, DoTa excluded because it's only rea...

Pretty much. That's usually what I mean when I say "Hardcore"... well, if I'm not referring to porn... But anyway, yes.

Re: MMORPGS and You!

Heh, agreed. Perhaps I should have phrased that differently. When I said hardcore, what I meant was... the Diehard Conan fans. In the guild that Vopisca and I joined, The Snowhawk Clan, most of the members were "Hardcore" fans, most were easily in their fourties and had read all the books and etc, e...

Re: MMORPGS and You!

I think that one of the major things that went wrong with AoC was that they rushed it out. It was still far too unpolished when they released it. If they had a taken a few more months, given the later areas a serious looking at, had a bit more content, etc, it would have fared much better than it di...

Ah, Still, there must have been something wrong with a whole batch of discs. I know that a few other people also had problems with their third/fourth discs for that game. Just found it a bit odd.

Re: Final Fantasy XIII

Wierd, somebody mentioned their disc three of FF8 not working. I've got two copies of the game. The first time, after a few months, the third disc stopped working, so I went out to get a new one. Plugged it back in a week or two ago, played like hell, maxed out Squalls health before I even put the t...

No, the story isn't bad as far as plot development goes. But... even so... you still get to see wolverine launch himself at a helicopter! Off of a Humvee!

Ah, AoC... you great wounded hippo you... I really enjoyed that game... until the last few levels... nothing to do when you capped and just before... otherwise, it was decent. The violence, the controls not feeling like I was just pounding the same button again and again... it was awesome... for a w...

Kamelot - The Black Halo.

The second concept album by them, continuing the story told in the the first one, Epica. A loose translation of Geothe's Faust. Rocks my socks.
