Help with OBS + twich

after an hour of fiddling I got OBS linked to my twich and I can stream sound. but I can't figure out how to stream video
help?

I have a black screen and can't see my stream wrote: Firstly, make sure you have created a scene and added a source to actually be seen. After that, you'll need to turn on 'Preview Stream' or be streaming in order to see your stream
