You all know it, you all love it. Tell me a bit about your experience with it. What mods do you run if you do, and yeah. Basically anything about Skyrim.

Try this!

I call it "The Magic Werewolf". First, you need a mage (or any character with high magic skills) that also happens to be a Werewolf. Make sure you have the level 3 "Mage Armour" perk. This will allow an un-armoured character to gain triple the benefit from any shielding spell. "Stability" will also help it last 50% longer.

Here's what you do. First, cast your strongest shield spell (it doesn't matter if you're already wearing armour). Next, cast a cloak spell (they all work fine, but fire looks the most badass, in my humble opinion.) Finally, transform into a Werewolf. Once you transform, you'll lose your armour, which causes your "Mage Armour" perk to activate, which triples the strength of your shield spell.

Congratulations, you are now a massive, magically shielded Werewolf surrounded in a spinning vortex of flame! Have fun!

Haha, that's a really good one Contrast: quite creative.

So I took a different path, and just leveled up Enchanting, Heavy Armor, blacksmithing, and Two-Handed Weapons.

I maxed blacksmithing and enchanting first.

I found an item that improved blacksmithing, disenchanted it, and re-enchanted as many items of clothing and jewelry that I could wear to increase blacksmithing, using 'The Black Star.' I also had the 'Insightful Enchanter' perk that increased skill enchantments by 25%. That brought my blacksmithing skill to about 160. While wearing this clothing, I forged daedric armor and a daedric battleaxe, and improved them to the maximum extent possible.

After that, I enchanted all the Daedric armor as well as my rings, with an 'enhance 2-handed weapon damage' enchantment, which increased my 2-h weapon damage by about 150%.

I then gave my axe maximum fire and lightning damage enhancements ('Extra Enchantment'). I enchanted an elven axe that I had found with a soul-steal enchantment which I would occasionally switch to just to finish people off so as to recharge my main axe.

In the end, I would merely wait for a dragon to land, before slaying it in one blow with my mighty set. :D

A friend who used alchemy realized that he could enchant gear to improve alchemy, and then use alchemy to brew potions that temporarily increased enchanting, thus allowing him to virtually infinitely increase his alchemy and enchanting skills. Apparently he made some obscene poisons and gear with that. I never tried it myself though. :)
Hahaha!

i would be playing skyring right now if i could fix my directX problem... i mean a game where you can be a floofy cat girl... what’s better than that? (one where you can be a floofy fox/wolf/[insert generic animal] girl)

hearthfire, dawnguard and that one making it possible to go to solstym are pretty good i'm told.

if you don’t mind messing with the console and sitting above the chairs you occupy you can scale up your character moddle and brawl with giants on an eye to eye level. being an enormous naked cat girl with a hammer the size of the average guard can be real therapeutic... O_o i suppose she doesn’t have to be naked but everything is better with nudity if you ask me.

So much over thinking D:

I just hit everything with my sword

Then i got the ebony blade and I didn't even need to use health potions while hitting things with my sword

Armour was enough that i didn't even try to avoid traps and projectiles eventually :P

I've added Frostfall, Hunterborn, Realistic Needs and Diseases, and Skyrim Redone.
As well as a bunch of visual and mesh improvements, some cloaks and clothing mods, unique book covers, new bottles, Khajiit-style text for the player, a "random alternative start", climate and realistic snow mods... just about everything I found that was recommended (that went through the Nmm or Steam itself without involving a bunch of "manual labor")

Have about 80+ different ones

So now its like Skyrim with Sims!

Then you obviously aren't playing on Master difficulty. Anything less becomes a joke once you reach lvl 20 or so, and that's no fun. I prefer going into battles knowing that I could die if I don't concentrate and make smart moves, otherwise what's the point? If you can just stand there and kill Draugr Deathlords with a single punch, then you've basically reduced Skyrim to a hiking simulator.

Lols, I'm pretty sure my ISP hates me after it;
I just left the thing downloading while I was sleeping/in class/away.

Also I'm going to try to use less data this year. Last year I got a little out of hand imo >.>

... i'm fairly sure if i could download 2TB of stuff i would be like immune to depression or something.

i have to go to rage and other lanz to get stuff and though spending the night camping in a really long line at the Coca-Cola dome's parking lot is oodles of fun, i'd have loved to just NOT have to do that. all i can use my internet for is essentially uploading the commissions i do for people and muck about on some websites... oh, and download pornography.
on that subject i should probably spend my remaining cap on just that before it just fades to nothingness at the end of this month.
at least some dude should be bringing over hearth fire and dawnguard this Sunday. yay for unrelated relatives!

The problem I have with Skyrim is that if you create a power character, the game becomes trivially easy. Now, Skyrim doesn't exactly have the most engaging combat, but I at least like a bit of challenge.

For that reason, I stick to leather armor and steel swords. With all of the mods that I am running, my character looks super awesome.
