Catching heavy nostalgia with "Out of Position" Was reading it when it was still being posted often back in 2006-07 I think. Having a small idea about what happens a bit further on doesn't help me.

Youkai Shoujo, by Funatsu Kazuki. It's a manga about Yatsuki Nishizuru, a guy who can see ghosts and other spiritual beings, or "youkai" as they are commonly referred to in Japan.

This manga has an intriguing story and many funny moments, but the driving factor for me was the wide range of interesting characters, many of whom are based on Japanese mythology.

Just a warning though, this manga is especially ecchi (lots of perverted scenes, up-skirt shots, nudity, and lewd humour), and is not suitable for persons under the age of 18. But those of you who can look past that (or embrace it as I do ;) ) will find a highly entertaining story filled with twists, turns, and maybe even a heart-warming moment or two.

Thank you, it really means a lot to know that people are reading my work. I hope you'll enjoy it. :3

I'm between books right now, but I've been re-reading "On Writing", by Stephen King, just until I find something that tickles my fancy.

Working through two at the moment - Dan Brown's Digital Fortress (yes, obviously Brown's stuff embarrassingly written, poorly researched, and completely implausible, but if you go into it with that in mind, it's also wonderfully entertaining), and Red Fox by Charles GD Robertson, which is about the life of a red fox in the Canadian wilderness. It's amazingly done, he gives the animals personality and character without anthropomorphising them or whitewashing how harsh their lives are. His love of the creatures is obvious - I reckon he might've been a bit of a furry if he'd been born in this era.

Maga-Tsuki, by Taguchi Hoshino. http://kissmanga.com/Manga/Maga-Tsuki/C ... e?id=92053

It's a delightful comedy manga (not nearly as ecchi as most of the manga I've recommended up until now) about 15-year-old Yasuke who lives at a shrine with his sister.

One day he accidentally breaks a sacred mirror containing a trapped goddess and his soul gets bound to her by a powerful curse. This means that if he ever lets go of her, or if they ever stop touching each other for even a moment, he'll die.

Fortunately, the goddess is a cute girl who is very nice.

Unfortunately, she isn't just any goddess. She's a goddess of disaster and calamity, and terrible things happen whenever she gets upset.

Carrying on with the last book I've read, I've decided to read Tom Clancy's next book in the series, Patriot Games. It's starts out with a lot of action that I would usually consider to be worthy of a action story's climax, so I'm a bit pensive if it blew it's load early and gonna stay disappointingly limp later.
