Azzuenwolf Art thread
I am going to use this thread to post my art as I draw them. I think this is what this section is for so I am going to embrace it!
I do commissions if anyone is interested at all. Full body ferals like wolves, otters, dragons, and what have you. And some Anthro, though I think I will only be able to do headshots as I don't have the skill to draw human anatomy just yet...
I just finished this drawing below. A commission for Sil'thaera.

Ooh, very cool. I like the head fin particularly. :3
Interestingly, Sil'thaera used to be on this forum, too. Was she the one who directed you here, by any chance?

No she didn't. I didn't even know she was here until someone mentioned it earlier. I found this place by accident on google.Contrast wrote:Ooh, very cool. I like the head fin particularly. :3

My bad.
But I only have the last few days to refer to, that is why I mentioned it.
What do you mean by resources?

I wouldn't know, I've never watched Digimon. I didn't have MNET as a child and the series looks too childish and outdated for me to watch now.Alexander wrote:That reminds me of a Digimon. I love how twisted it looks.
Plus I've always been more of a pokemon fan.

I watched the first 2 seasons of Digimon and I enjoyed it, as well as pokemon but I stopped watching after the Johto series because thats where it ended on tv only later did I find out it kept going on Cartoon network and then to another channel.Azzuenwolf wrote:I wouldn't know, I've never watched Digimon. Re: Azzuenwolf Art thread
I watched season 3 of pokemon and onwards on my computer, but I stopped after May left and dawn came in. That's when the fourth generation started and I didn't have much interest in that. The first three were always my favourite, especially Johto. Now I just watch the movies and wonder what the fuck happened (are we allowed to swear?)

Re: Azzuenwolf Art thread
I don't know what the RP area is like. and on swearing I think we need to keep it PG 13 lol. But yeah with pokemon I always thought Misty and Ash had feelings for each other (looked like it to me) and then they part ways...it's like what the hell?

Re: Azzuenwolf Art thread
I used to like pokemon a lot when it first came out in SA. There were so many badass monsters, like Onix (my fave), Gyarados, Charizard, Haunter (Haunter looks way better than Gengar, imo), and many more. But then as the show progressed the designs became less badass and more cutesy. Where there once were giant snakes made out of stone and fire-breathing dragons flying through the air there are now doofy-looking sheep and beavers taking part in actual beauty pageants. I mean, wtf happened?

There were still some legitimately creepy Pokemon, though.

Re: Azzuenwolf Art thread
Here's a free doodle I promised Animew.
Took me about 30min. I wanted to see if I could do a drawing with only ONE layer, and not a zillion like usual. That's why it looks so flat
This is my first antro, and first cat I've ever drawn.

Sure. If you commission me. Then I will do a proper drawing instead of a quick doodle like the green one.Alexander wrote:Can I be the second cat that you've ever drawn?

Re: Azzuenwolf Art thread
As for the show's designs becoming less badass and more cutesy, you're not the first person to complain about that, but I don't think it's necessarily true. I think that we just forgot about all the cutesy generation 1 and 2 Pokémon, because 'cutesy' didn't offend us as much when we were young. Either that or the badass ones made a lasting impression, and the rest were regrettable. Remember these generation 1 guys?Contrast wrote:I used to like pokemon a lot when it first came out in SA. Not to mention Ditto, Weedle, Digglet, Eevee and Chansey. Pretty basic, cutesy stuff right there.
And more cutesy Pokémon were made, sure, but they added a lot of badass ones too. The cutesy one you showcased was a Bidoof - a generation IV Pokémon - but in that same generation they released the likes of these guys:
And others, like the furry favorite, Lucario.
So you see Contrast, there's hope for tomorrow's youth yet.
That aside, I completely agree about Haunter looking cooler than Gengar. When I played Pokémon Red, my most powerful Pokémon was a Grengar, but I always preferred the haunter look.
Hahaha!

Whoa there. Are you saying there's something wrong with eevee? Or that eevee even belongs to the same class as those others?Ryall wrote:Not to mention Ditto, Weedle, Digglet, Eevee and Chansey. Pretty basic, cutesy stuff right there.

I am just saying that Evee is very 'cutesy.'
My pet poodle is cutesy, but that doesn't mean that I hate it.

wait... did Ryall just compare an eevee to a fucking bidoof!? O_o and then a poodle?
