They actually asked me why I'm wearing it and I told them that I'm a furry and the were just like ok cool. My collar is blue and has little black paws on it.

Interesting, an acquaintance from my flat complex had to go to court today too. Apparently they arrested him over the weekend but thought he was someone else. He didn't even know what he had done wrong.

i am discovering a wonderful new shade of green! i found it while going to the bathroom at work. they have this blue stuff in the cisterns so the water is usually blue but when it gets peed in, it turns green. the shade of green depends on the shade of yellow in the pee so it can range in color quite a bit. and there it was, the most perfect shade of green EVAR! i took a photo of it but then the guy in the next stall got all pissed off because he thought i took a picture of him over the wall when he heard the camera noise (why the hell would anyone want to take a picture of a guy on the toilet anyway?) i had to show him the picture of the toilet water and explain to him for half an hour why i took a picture of the freaking water before he eventually left me alone. /(´ー`) people can be so random sometimes amirite.

Just need a quick moment to let out frustration from all the ridiculous stories I hear about the special little snowflakes that attend US universities. Unfortunately it's not just in the US but I'll try pretend it is for a minute. At least once a week I hear a story about how the students are trying to attack free speech because they need their safe spaces and it's scary that other people have different ideas and get a turn to share them!

Gay student union got upset that a speaker said he was against gay marriage and they want to ban such speakers from being allowed on the university and want the organisers of the debate to issue an apology! There's so much wrong with that thinking it just astounds me that they are somehow in a university. It's funny but satisfying that both debate members (who disagreed on gay marriage) wrote a joint letter against the gay students union for their attempts to stifle free speech.
