If an unstoppable force collided with an immovable object you will ge an explosion on the scale of the "big bang".
Why? Think of it. If two things collide there is an exchange of energy or clash of energy. And in this case the infinite energy propelling the first clashes with the infinite energy keeping the second in place. On contact those energies will blast off

What you just described is a perfectly elastic collision, which would make them cease to be an unstoppable force and immovable object, which creates a paradox. They either have to pass through each other or create an explosion comparable to the big bang in magnitude.
